Hired to reinvigorate the Canadian operations and create and drive the strategy for NY Solar projects.
Successfully turned the company around from a loss in previous year and no new sources of revenue for the previous three years to being on target in 2019 to achieve profit of $5 million in 2019.

Collaborated with Managing Director and other members of the senior team on strategic direction, strategic clients and de-risking strategies.
Led and executed on RFP and Tender responses with design and project management teams. Won multiple RFPs including a $25 million RFP from Toronto Hydro related to solar, energy storage and EV bus charging stations.
